Short version: Instant Floor Quote collects only what's necessary to run your account. We don't sell your data. Ever.

1. Who We Are

Instant Floor Quote is operated by Project Villa LLC, a Florida-based company. Contact us at cenovio@projectvillallc.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Company profile: Company name, logo, contact info, and pricing defaults you enter in the app.
Estimate data: Flooring estimates, room measurements, and client information you create and save.
Client information: Names, email addresses, and project addresses of your clients that you enter when building estimates. This information is stored solely to generate and deliver estimates on your behalf.
Job site photos: Photos you upload or capture within the app for documentation purposes.
Payment information: iOS subscriptions are processed securely by Apple. We never see or store your payment details. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
Device information: Device type and OS version for compatibility purposes.
Usage data: Basic app usage patterns to help us improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Instant Floor Quote service
To save and sync your estimates across devices
To process subscription payments
To send account-related emails (receipts, password resets)
To respond to support requests
To improve the app based on usage patterns

4. Data Storage

Your estimate data is stored locally on your device using your device's secure storage. No estimate data is transmitted to external servers from the iOS app. The web version stores data securely via Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

Apple — for subscription processing on iOS
Stripe — for subscription processing on the web version
Supabase — for secure data storage on the web version
When required by law

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing cenovio@projectvillallc.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Instant Floor Quote is intended for use by contractors and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
Request deletion of your personal information
Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
